Responsibilities:
- Cold Call to find new tenants to represent and properties to list.
- Work on house generated leads for sale and lease.
- Handle showings and inspect properties.
- Conduct research on commercial real estate trends.
- Recruit new potential real estate agents (residual pay for agent referrals)
- Do basic paperwork.
- Negotiate leases and sales contracts.
- Work in collaboration with experienced real estate brokers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
