As a Digital Transformation & AI StrategyConsultant, you will be advising on the strategic adoption of digital technologies — with a focus on Agentic AI — to help our clients deliver improved customer experiences, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
Act as a strategic advisor or subject matter expert to executive stakeholders on digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on AI readiness and compliance.
Deliver thought leadership, market insights, and future trend analysis to guide technology and business strategy.
Identify opportunities for innovation, assess emerging technologies, and advise on their potential business impact and risk profile.
Develop actionable roadmaps, business cases, and transformation blueprints aligned with the objectives of financial services organisations
Assess organisational readiness for change and recommend models for agility, operational scalability, and innovation enablement.
Extensive experience in strategic advisory roles within financial services, consulting, or digital transformation domains.
Deep understanding of AI trends, regulatory frameworks, and the ethical implications of emerging technologies.
Proven ability to develop business-aligned technology strategies, risk mitigation frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, synthesise complex information, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or related fields.
Background in financial services and regulated industries.
Recognized certifications or training in AI governance, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.
