Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, ensuring best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use.
• Partner with the UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work.
• Ensure all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, troubleshooting and resolving defects, identifying patterns, and using learnings to optimize overall development processes.
• Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, collaborating with the QA team to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Provide exceptional customer support and service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications
