About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting student borrowers by answering their questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems they may face. This is an in-center position with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.
