Job Summary
As a Data Entry Analyst at Blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing client and case information into our database, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining organized electronic and paper files. You will work closely with our attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, generate reports, and support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update client and case information into our database, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, paying close attention to detail and minimizing errors.
- File Management: Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that all files are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency, and to support the delivery of exceptional client services.

Essential Qualifications
