Job Overview

- Utilize multiple database programs and platforms to accurately and efficiently enter and update member information
- Apply critical thinking and attention to detail to resolve address discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient address verification processes
- Meet productivity and quality standards, and consistently demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and data entry
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry skills, with experience using multiple database programs and platforms
- Call center experience, with clear communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach
