About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Process Implementation Coach to join our team, playing a critical role in driving business success through operational excellence in sales and operations. As a Process Implementation Coach, you'll be responsible for providing training and support to new and existing employees across our 26 Sales Centers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master all processes required for successful day-to-day functionality of a sales center, including sales activities, market execution, merchandising standards, and product rotation.
- Provide training and coaching to new employees, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Assist existing Sales and Operations employees in improving their daily processes, ensuring they meet company standards and best practices.
- Support customer resets, adjusting shelves and reading schematics within brand sets and brand order.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, categories, and sales strategies, enabling you to effectively sell our products by brand and category.
- Operate a Class A CDL tractor and trailer, adhering to all Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Vehicle Carrier regulations.
- Provide extensive Handheld training, including creating credit, account receivable, load-out and load-in invoices, and end-of-day paperwork.
- Monitor competitive products, sales, and marketing activities, staying ahead of industry trends and insights.
- Foster a safe working environment, maintaining professional relationships with coworkers and customers, and conforming to all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop leadership skills, promoting a team-oriented environment, achieving high performance, and integrating our Culture Formula.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, or 2-4 years of outside sales experience.
- An active Class A CDL or willingness to obtain one, with the ability to operate a Class A CDL tractor and trailer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Above-average math skills, with the ability to figure profits, margins, retails, and financials.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in the beverage or sales industry.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Vehicle Carrier regulations.
- Previous experience in a coaching or training role.
