Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Agent - Solar Energy Sales & Lead Qualification, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling Inbound Leads: Respond to incoming leads, answer questions, and provide information about solar energy benefits.
- Educating Customers: Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and increased property value.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Phone Sales Experience: A proven track record of successful phone sales results, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and on-phone etiquette skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, with experience using call center or CRM software.
- Self-Motivation: Self-started, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable Home Office Setup: A reliable high-speed internet connection and home computer with a call center headset.
- Education: College or university education preferred.
