Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements and guidelines
• Manually identify and classify different types of forms (MEDI) based on client specifications
• Work on various tasks, including Data Entry, Verify, MEDI, and other DE tasks, following established procedures and guidelines
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, working independently with minimal supervision
• Comply with company policies and standards, ensuring high-quality output and exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting
• A typing speed of 40 wpm or higher, as demonstrated through a typing test
• Basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods, work independently, and remain self-motivated
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
