Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Data Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights that support the growth and development of our people. Key Responsibilities
- Apply expertise and customer needs analysis to create effective solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
- Utilize advanced expertise in data cleaning techniques and tools, such as Alteryx, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
- Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools to create and maintain sophisticated solutions for reporting training data
- Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
- Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
- Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements that inform business decisions and drive growth
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
- Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share knowledge of tools and techniques
- Perform other job duties as directed by employee's leaders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced level experience with extensive expertise in acquiring data using various tools, such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets
- Visualization and presentation experience
- Ability to apply advanced software to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems, systematically analyze and weigh options, and recommend solutions
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental goals and objectives
- Self-starter with minimal supervision required to perform assignments and projects
- Understanding of company policies and expectations of blithequark culture
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently with a strong customer service focus
- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
- Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
