Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Program Director to develop strong relationships with site staff and the community
- Ensure tutors have the necessary materials and resources to help students succeed
- Complete and submit digital records of tutor and student attendance, scholar rosters, and site concerns
- Manage tutor work schedules and apprise the Program Director of any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with Instructional Coaches to review tutor performance and provide guidance as needed
- Participate in weekly meetings with other Site Coordinators to share best practices and discuss program updates
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of education
- New Jersey Certification of Criminal History (fingerprint form)
- Experience in teaching or overseeing the work of others
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
