About the Role:
- Starting pay rate: up to $17.50 per hour

As a Healthcare Call Center Associate, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing transactions, and resolving customer inquiries
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing accurate and timely information to clients
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize critical thinking and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Strong customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and providing empathetic support
Work-from-Home Requirements:
- Dedicated, private home workspace with minimal distractions
- Established home internet connectivity, with a minimum download speed of 25mbps and upload speed of 15mbps
- Ability to troubleshoot own devices and connectivity issues
