About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Technician I to join our Technical Services Department, focusing on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Flex customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving positive long-term partnerships between blithequark and our customers.
