Job Description:
• Gain energy law experience in an in-house environment at the California ISO
• Advise internal clients and work with western stakeholders on regulatory compliance, litigation, contract negotiation, and corporate matters
• Represent the ISO before federal and state courts, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and public utility commissions
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program
• Graduating December 2026 or later
• Mainly seeking 1L applicants, but interested 2L applicants welcome
• Applicants must be interested in a career in energy law
