About the Role

We are currently offering virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states. As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician and Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer relations and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line, providing exceptional customer service that reflects our company's purpose and values.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date.
