Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
Create, schedule, and manage social media content
Marketing lead research and lead qualifying
Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene
Manage website updates and publish blog content
Manage inbound lead requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM
Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed
Work Experience Qualifications:
2+ years in a similar Marketing role
Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling
Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus
Other Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills
Compensation:
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
