Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
- Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
- Assist new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
- Complete applications and ensure underwriting requirements are met
- Track and report daily activity and sales metrics
- Participate in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
