• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or telecommunications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer demographics.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
