Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collect relevant information to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and danger evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation recall regions, utilizing your analytical skills and expertise in data analysis.
- Collect and process data from disparate information systems across our US and global businesses, designing dashboards that enable stakeholders to scope danger and measure the maturity of associated controls, and building custom reports as needed.
- Apply knowledge in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing danger, drawing insights and correlations from data, and communicating findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.
- Provide input on new and emerging danger regions using data-driven analysis, soliciting feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of our ERM and danger evaluation processes.
- Leverage your expertise in data visualization tools to create impactful visualizations that inform a story and drive business decisions.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Deep SQL knowledge and talent in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
- Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or danger evaluation matters, with a strong understanding of the relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to code using R or Python, with a strong foundation in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
