Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based position with additional monthly residual income based on client retention.

Your Role:
- Educate clients on tailored benefit solutions
- Present to clients on Zoom (Must have a computer with a working webcam)
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism
- Work independently as part of a high-performing team
Who We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Self-motivated individuals looking for career growth
- Prior experience in finance, sales, or business is a plus, but not required
