Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives.
- Examine trends in ACS resource planning and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources to inform projects and models.
- Develop new data sources and analytical models to support business needs.
- Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and opportunities.
- Create complex reports and analyses under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Support process improvement and project management initiatives across functional units.
- Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives.
- Act as an internal consultant, providing insights to drive business outcomes.
- Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Essential Qualifications
