We’re seeking a high-impact HR professional to join a growing organisation, driving both HR strategy and operational execution. This role reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical part in shaping the culture, people strategy, and organisational effectiveness.
What you’ll do:
• Partner with senior leaders to define and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead talent management, organisational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Develop and execute programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent
• Advise leadership on HR best practices, compliance, and risk management
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems
What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally with a mix of strategic and hands-on execution
• Proven experience advising senior executives and influencing organisational decisions
• Strong track record in talent strategy, change management, and organisational development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in high-growth or complex organisations is a plus
