Job Description

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls and emails
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
