Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible for the right candidate)About the RoleThe Enterprise Grocery Growth & Ops Specialist will play a key role in supporting Account Managers as they expand and optimize DoorDash's enterprise grocery partnerships. This position involves executing campaigns, launching new stores, auditing catalogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational success.Responsibilities

• Ads & Promotions:

• Set up ad and promotional campaigns in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches and updates.
• Analyze campaign performance using SQL queries and dashboards.
• Develop insights and recommendations for grocery partners based on campaign data.
• New Store Launches:

• Manage the end-to-end process of launching new grocery stores on DoorDash.
• Follow structured steps to ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet launch deadlines.
• Catalog Audits & Updates:

• Monitor and maintain grocery merchant catalogs (menus) on DoorDash.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve catalog-related issues.
• Respond to merchant concerns, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer success.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
• Experience creating presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
