We're seeking an exceptional Salesforce Project Manager to lead a high-impact digital transformation project for one of our top clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful implementation of large-scale Salesforce projects, ensuring effective scope, timeline, and budget management
- Understand the full end-to-end delivery life cycle, from vision/strategy to development and release, and work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Oversee project and program portfolios, ensuring alignment with our delivery methodology
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical path items for assigned initiatives
- Allocate, assign, and optimize onshore and offshore resources across programs and projects
- Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues, presenting solutions and options to key stakeholders
- Drive steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues
- Lead, mentor, and manage implementation teams across various locations and workstreams
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, facilitating communication and resolving conflict
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in an external client consulting background
- Proficiency in project management and delivery of agile, waterfall, or predictive agile software development methodology, preferably with Salesforce (3+ years)
- Scrum Master certification highly preferred
- Proven experience in strategic large enterprise Salesforce implementations (3+ years)
- Effective management of C-level client stakeholders and client escalations
- Ability to creatively problem-solve while assessing risks and issues
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
