About the Role: Data Verification Specialist
As a Data Verification Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our product database, ensuring its accuracy, and upholding its integrity. You'll be a data detective, tasked with the vital responsibility of protecting our customers from fraud. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, remote-first team that's making a tangible difference in the fight against cybercrime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meticulously examine data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness, adhering to the highest standards of quality.
- Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies, leveraging your analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
- Research and verify missing information to ensure data completeness, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
- Conduct an average of 35 daily outreach calls to confirm business information, showcasing your excellent communication skills.
- Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency, optimizing our database's performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, upholding the trust our customers place in us.
Essential Qualifications:
- Clerical office skills, including computer skills and data entry experience, are preferred. Proficiency in navigating various software systems and portals is a plus.
- A detail-oriented individual with strong investigative skills, capable of analyzing data and resolving discrepancies.
- Reliable with a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and software, showcasing your flexibility and eagerness to grow.
