As an Email Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email, chat, or inbound call. You will be responsible for interpreting customer messages, responding appropriately, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, basic PC proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from a clean, noise-free workspace with a high-speed internet connection. CDS Global will supply all necessary computer equipment. To be eligible, you must reside in Iowa, ideally within a 60-mile radius of Boone, Des Moines, or Wilton, and have a stable high-speed internet connection with a hard-wired connection to a router (minimum download speed of 7 MBPS and upload speed of 2 MBPS). Satellite providers are not supported.
